Town of Coats Welcomes Jade Stone as Town Clerk and Human Resources Administrator

The Town of Coats is pleased to welcome Jade Stone as our new Town Clerk and Human Resources Administrator.

Jade joins the Town with more than 20 years of professional experience spanning municipal support, legal administration, real estate, and organizational management. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in regulatory compliance, financial oversight, procurement, and administrative operations, making her well-equipped to support the Town's continued growth and commitment to excellent public service.

In her new role, Jade will serve as an integral member of the Town Hall team, helping ensure efficient municipal operations, supporting Town staff, maintaining official records, and providing excellent service to residents. Her professional background, combined with specialized training in public finance and administration, reflects her commitment to accountability, transparency, and effective local government.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jade is a lifelong Harnett County resident who has dedicated countless hours to community service through local nonprofit leadership and civic involvement. Her passion for serving others and strengthening local communities aligns perfectly with the Town of Coats' mission of providing quality services while fostering a welcoming and connected community.
